Mike was recently named Outstanding Alumni from South Central College (formerly Faribault Area Vocational School) and received his award during the school’s Commencement ceremony on May 10. Bauer addressed the graduates during the ceremony offering advice on the importance of relationships and being honest and fair, and encouraged them to always look for ways to give back — the core values he has built BDB on. A reception was held, and even a few of Mike’s former instructors attended!
