MEET THE BDB MANAGEMENT TEAM
Founder and President of
Bauer Design Build, Mike Bauer has more than 28 years of
professional experience in the construction industry. His true working
knowledge of construction management has been honed through years of
experience that include work as a carpenter, field engineer and project
manager. Additionally, as a former Vice President of one of the United
States’ leading design build contractors, Mike’s able to draw on a
wealth of diverse experience that is both hands-on and managerial in
nature.
Mike has experience in
leading and managing project teams that range from small tenant
improvements to complex projects exceeding 100 million dollars. His
experience in this variety of Design/Build projects enables him to
provide every project with value by maximizing the strengths of all team
members. Mike is known for his open, candid communication style and his
ability to respond/adapt to client and construction challenges quickly.
Josh Gallus
is an experienced construction industry professional with the proven
ability to service clients in multiple capacities. Whether it’s a design
issue, value engineering, project management or field supervision, Josh
leverages his diverse experience and keen eye for detail to ensure
success throughout all aspects of design and construction.
Excellent preplanning and
communication skills enable Josh to give BDB clients the peace of
mind of knowing that their project is being managed well.
Steve
Leverington has 30 years of
varied construction experience. Throughout his tenure Steve has worked
successfully as Project Manager and Estimator for medium to large
construction companies, as well as leading his own construction firm
performing $25+ million annually. Steve has developed a reputation for
being able to thoroughly understand all project types, and his
innovative and ethical approach to the challenges they create. Clients
attest to the fact Steve demonstrates tremendous effort in understanding
their needs, acting fairly and keeping their best interests a priority.
