Site Analysis
BDB performs early project cost analysis and feasibility studies during the site location or land purchase/due diligence phase of a project. At this point in a project it is critical that the client understand the total land/site development feasibility/operating cost scenario. We can analyze the zoning, property valuation, soil conditions and traffic patterns of sites and develop a master site plan so you are well informed about what your options are with the sites that you are considering.

Existing Building Analysis
We have the expertise to inspect and analyze your building. We can create a detailed report with conceptual designs and costs to repair, remodel or expand your facility so you can make the right decisions regarding your property. Many clients have secured our services to analyze the cost and benefits of expanding existing facilities versus relocating into another facility.
